We can remotely diagnose and fix issues that previously required an engineer visit to inspect a system and reboot the right device – almost 9 out of 10 technological problems are solved by turning something off and on again.

Common issues include WiFi related connectivity problems, non responsive remote controls or AV devices, CCTV cameras appearing offline, smart lights turning on or off randomly – these are all examples of things we’ve fixed without needing to be on site.

• Control4 home automation and AV control processors and handheld remotes
• OvrC enabled networking equipment, including routers, switches and wireless access points
• Control4 smart lighting systems
• Audio and video switching equipment connected to a Control4 system
• Ubiquiti network devices systems (not including wireless building links)
• Elan home automation systems
