We are moving toward a future of not owning anything and being content with the idea. Why would anyone be happy with now owning something?

Because if something goes wrong, you’re covered!

In an ideal world, everything you have and use is always covered, protected or under warranty. Normally when you buy something new, it has a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty that covers breakdown, faults, etc. for the first year or two. Even an extended warranty will only cover an additional year or so.

You’re probably most familiar with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) – Google Workspace, Office 365, Quickbooks, Xero… these are all SaaS products.

What we are trying to introduce is hardware, equipment… System-as-a-Service. No massive lump sum purchase, just a monthly fee* for as long as you use the system.

*- depending on the exact system, an up-front setup/install fee may be charged.
